ControTrack =========== Privacy Policy -------------- Effective date: 6 November 2026 This policy explains what personal data the ControTrack mobile app and service ("ControTrack", "we", "us") collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can delete it. 1. Who we are ------------- ControTrack is operated by Mahmoud Hamra, Beirut, Lebanon. Contact for privacy questions and requests: mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. ControTrack is a business service. Companies ("organisations") subscribe to it to track their own vehicles. For the vehicle and tracking data that an organisation puts into ControTrack, that organisation decides why and how the data is used, and we process it on its behalf. For your account data we are responsible ourselves. 2. Data we collect ------------------ Account data. Your e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and optionally your name, phone number and preferred language. Which organisations you belong to, your role in each (owner, admin, dispatcher, viewer, driver) and which vehicle groups you may see. Accounts are created by an administrator of your organisation, who enters your e-mail address. Vehicle location and tracking data. GPS trackers installed in your organisation's vehicles send their position, speed, heading, ignition state, battery and external voltage, mobile signal strength and odometer, and events such as entering or leaving a geofence, speeding, ignition on/off, power cut or loss of connection. This data comes from the trackers, not from your phone. Because a vehicle may be driven by a known person, this data can relate to that person. Your phone's location (only when you ask for it). If you tap "My location" on the map or ask for the route to a vehicle, the app asks for permission to use your phone's location while the app is open (never in the background). Your position is shown on the map on your phone only. When you ask for a route, your current position is sent once, over an encrypted connection, to our routing function, which passes it to Google Maps Platform (Routes API) to compute the fastest driving route to the vehicle and returns that route to your phone. We do not store or log your phone's location, do not keep a history of it and do not show it to anyone else, including your organisation. You can refuse or withdraw the permission at any time in your phone's settings; the rest of the app keeps working. Organisation data. Vehicles (plate number, make, model, year, colour, photo), vehicle groups, geofences, alert rules and their recipients, and the trackers linked to the vehicles (IMEI, SIM number, model). Push notification data. When you allow notifications, the push token that Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service assigns to your device, the platform (Android or iOS), and the alerts sent to you with the time you read them. Activity records. An audit log of sensitive actions, for example who requested an engine cut or restore, when, for which vehicle and with which result, and who registered a tracker. Technical data. Like every internet service, our servers and providers process your IP address and request metadata to deliver the service and protect it against abuse. The map is displayed with the Google Maps SDK, which processes data as described in Google's privacy policy. What we do not collect. Apart from the on-request use of your location described above, the app does not read your phone's location, and it never reads your contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. 3. How we use the data ---------------------- - to sign you in and show you only the organisations and vehicles you are allowed to see; - to show vehicles live on the map, replay their history and compute trips, stops and distances; - to send the alerts that your organisation configured; - to execute remote commands (engine cut / restore) and keep a record of them for safety and accountability; - to operate, secure, support and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. 4. Legal bases -------------- Where data-protection law requires a legal basis: performance of the contract with you or your organisation (providing the service), our and your organisation's legitimate interests (fleet management, vehicle security, preventing misuse of remote commands, protecting the service), your consent where we ask for it (push notifications, which you can switch off in your phone's settings at any time), and legal obligations. 5. Who can see your data ------------------------ - People in your organisation, according to their role and vehicle-group access. Your name and e-mail address are visible to your organisation's administrators. - Service providers that process data for us under contract and only for running ControTrack: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, realtime updates), region ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India); DigitalOcean, United States (the server that receives GPS tracker data); Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service (delivering notifications); Google Maps Platform (displaying the map and computing driving routes). - Authorities, when the law requires it. We do not share personal data with anyone else. 6. International transfers -------------------------- Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. 7. How long we keep data ------------------------ - Account data: as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed immediately (see section 9); backups are overwritten within 7 days. - Latest vehicle position: only the most recent position per vehicle is kept in the app's database, overwritten on every update. - Position history and tracker events: kept on the GPS server for up to 400 days, then deleted. How far back you can look in the app depends on your organisation's plan (up to 365 days). - Alerts, push tokens, audit log and other organisation data: as long as the organisation is a customer. Push tokens are deleted with your account. When an organisation ends its subscription, its data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer. 8. Security ----------- All traffic between the app, our servers and the trackers' server API is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), access is limited by role, secret keys never leave our servers, and remote engine commands require confirmation, are checked against the vehicle's speed and are recorded in the audit log. 9. Deleting your account ------------------------ You can delete your account at any time: - In the app: open the More tab and choose Delete account, then confirm. - By e-mail: write to mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com from the address of your account, with the subject "Delete my ControTrack account". We complete the request within 30 days. Deleting your account permanently removes your login, profile (name, phone, language), your memberships in all organisations, your push tokens and the alerts sent to you. Entries in the audit log are kept for accountability but no longer linked to you. Vehicles, trackers and their location history belong to your organisation and are not deleted with your account; an organisation owner can ask us to delete the whole organisation and its data at mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. 10. Your rights --------------- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. If your request concerns data that your organisation controls (for example vehicle history), we will pass it to your organisation or help it respond. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. 11. Children ------------ ControTrack is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. 12. Changes ----------- We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant. 13. Contact ----------- Mahmoud Hamra, Beirut, Lebanon — mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com سياسة الخصوصية -------------- تاريخ السريان: 6 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2026 توضح هذه السياسة البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها تطبيق وخدمة كونترو تراك ("كونترو تراك" أو "نحن")، وسبب جمعها، ومن نشاركها معه، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف يمكنك حذفها. 1. من نحن --------- تُشغّل خدمة كونترو تراك شركة Mahmoud Hamra، Beirut, Lebanon. للاستفسارات والطلبات المتعلقة بالخصوصية: mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. كونترو تراك خدمة للشركات: تشترك الشركات ("المؤسسات") فيها لتتبع مركباتها. بالنسبة لبيانات المركبات والتتبع التي تضعها المؤسسة في كونترو تراك، فإن المؤسسة هي من تقرر سبب استخدام البيانات وطريقته، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنها. أما بيانات حسابك فنحن المسؤولون عنها مباشرة. 2. البيانات التي نجمعها ----------------------- بيانات الحساب. بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُخزَّن فقط بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع لدى مزوّد المصادقة)، واختيارياً اسمك ورقم هاتفك ولغتك المفضلة. المؤسسات التي تنتمي إليها ودورك في كل منها (مالك، مدير، مشرف حركة، مشاهد، سائق) ومجموعات المركبات التي يحق لك رؤيتها. يُنشئ الحسابات مديرُ مؤسستك بإدخال بريدك الإلكتروني. بيانات موقع المركبات والتتبع. ترسل أجهزة التتبع المركّبة في مركبات مؤسستك الموقع والسرعة والاتجاه وحالة المحرك وجهد البطارية والكهرباء الخارجية وقوة إشارة الشبكة وعدّاد المسافة، إضافةً إلى أحداث مثل دخول منطقة جغرافية أو الخروج منها، والسرعة الزائدة، وتشغيل المحرك وإطفائه، وقطع الكهرباء، وانقطاع الاتصال. هذه البيانات تأتي من أجهزة التتبع وليس من هاتفك. وبما أن المركبة قد يقودها شخص معروف، فقد ترتبط هذه البيانات به. موقع هاتفك (فقط عندما تطلبه). عند الضغط على «موقعي» في الخريطة أو طلب المسار إلى مركبة، يطلب التطبيق إذناً باستخدام موقع هاتفك أثناء فتح التطبيق فقط (وليس في الخلفية أبداً). يُعرض موقعك على الخريطة على هاتفك فقط. وعند طلب مسار، يُرسَل موقعك الحالي مرة واحدة عبر اتصال مشفّر إلى خدمة حساب المسارات لدينا، التي تمرّره إلى منصة خرائط Google ‏(Routes API) لحساب أسرع طريق بالسيارة إلى المركبة وتعيد هذا المسار إلى هاتفك. لا نخزّن موقع هاتفك ولا نسجّله، ولا نحتفظ بسجل له، ولا نعرضه لأي شخص آخر، بما في ذلك مؤسستك. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات هاتفك، ويبقى باقي التطبيق يعمل. بيانات المؤسسة. المركبات (رقم اللوحة، الصانع، الطراز، السنة، اللون، الصورة)، ومجموعات المركبات، والمناطق الجغرافية، وقواعد التنبيه ومستلموها، وأجهزة التتبع المرتبطة بالمركبات (IMEI، رقم الشريحة، الطراز). بيانات الإشعارات. عند سماحك بالإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات الذي تخصصه خدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging أو خدمة إشعارات Apple لجهازك، ونوع النظام (Android أو iOS)، والتنبيهات المرسلة إليك ووقت قراءتها. سجل النشاط. سجل تدقيق للإجراءات الحساسة، مثل من طلب قطع المحرك أو إعادته، ومتى، ولأي مركبة، وبأي نتيجة، ومن سجّل جهاز تتبع. البيانات التقنية. كأي خدمة على الإنترنت، تعالج خوادمنا ومزوّدونا عنوان IP الخاص بك وبيانات الطلبات لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام. تُعرض الخريطة باستخدام Google Maps SDK الذي يعالج البيانات وفق سياسة خصوصية Google. ما لا نجمعه. باستثناء استخدام موقعك عند طلبك كما هو موضّح أعلاه، لا يقرأ التطبيق موقع هاتفك، ولا يقرأ أبداً جهات الاتصال ولا الصور ولا الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون. لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا على أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى. 3. كيف نستخدم البيانات ---------------------- - لتسجيل دخولك وعرض المؤسسات والمركبات المسموح لك برؤيتها فقط؛ - لعرض المركبات مباشرة على الخريطة، وإعادة تشغيل سجلها، وحساب الرحلات والتوقفات والمسافات؛ - لإرسال التنبيهات التي أعدّتها مؤسستك؛ - لتنفيذ الأوامر عن بُعد (قطع المحرك وإعادته) والاحتفاظ بسجل لها لأغراض السلامة والمساءلة؛ - لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها ودعمها وتحسينها، وللوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. 4. الأسس القانونية ------------------ حيث يتطلب قانون حماية البيانات أساساً قانونياً: تنفيذ العقد معك أو مع مؤسستك (تقديم الخدمة)، والمصالح المشروعة لنا ولمؤسستك (إدارة الأسطول، أمن المركبات، منع إساءة استخدام الأوامر عن بُعد، حماية الخدمة)، وموافقتك حين نطلبها (الإشعارات، ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات هاتفك في أي وقت)، والالتزامات القانونية. 5. من يمكنه رؤية بياناتك ------------------------ - الأشخاص في مؤسستك بحسب أدوارهم وصلاحياتهم على مجموعات المركبات. يظهر اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني لمديري مؤسستك. - مزوّدو الخدمات الذين يعالجون البيانات لصالحنا بموجب عقود ولغرض تشغيل كونترو تراك فقط: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات، المصادقة، تخزين الملفات، التحديثات الفورية) في منطقة ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India)؛ DigitalOcean في United States (الخادم الذي يستقبل بيانات أجهزة التتبع)؛ Google Firebase Cloud Messaging وخدمة إشعارات Apple (إيصال الإشعارات)؛ منصة خرائط Google (عرض الخريطة وحساب مسارات القيادة). - الجهات الرسمية عندما يفرض القانون ذلك. لا نشارك البيانات الشخصية مع أي جهة أخرى. 6. النقل الدولي للبيانات ------------------------ قد يعالج مزوّدونا البيانات خارج بلدك. وحيث يلزم، يُحمى هذا النقل بالبنود التعاقدية القياسية لدى المزوّدين أو بضمانات مماثلة. 7. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات ------------------------- - بيانات الحساب: طوال وجود حسابك. عند حذف حسابك تُحذف فوراً (انظر البند 9)، وتُستبدل النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 7 يوماً. - آخر موقع للمركبة: يُحفظ أحدث موقع فقط لكل مركبة في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق ويُستبدل مع كل تحديث. - سجل المواقع وأحداث أجهزة التتبع: يُحفظ على خادم التتبع حتى 400 يوم ثم يُحذف. المدة التي يمكنك الرجوع إليها في التطبيق تعتمد على خطة مؤسستك (حتى 365 يوماً). - التنبيهات ورموز الإشعارات وسجل التدقيق وبقية بيانات المؤسسة: طوال اشتراك المؤسسة. تُحذف رموز الإشعارات مع حسابك. عند انتهاء اشتراك المؤسسة تُحذف بياناتها خلال 90 يوماً ما لم يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها مدة أطول. 8. الأمان --------- كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا وواجهة خادم التتبع مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS). بيانات كل مؤسسة معزولة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات (أمان على مستوى الصفوف)، والوصول محدود حسب الدور، والمفاتيح السرية لا تغادر خوادمنا، وأوامر المحرك عن بُعد تتطلب تأكيداً وتُفحص مقابل سرعة المركبة وتُسجَّل في سجل التدقيق. 9. حذف حسابك ------------ يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت: - من التطبيق: افتح تبويب المزيد واختر حذف الحساب ثم أكّد. - بالبريد الإلكتروني: راسل mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك بعنوان "حذف حسابي في كونترو تراك". ننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة نهائية لبيانات الدخول، والملف الشخصي (الاسم، الهاتف، اللغة)، وعضوياتك في كل المؤسسات، ورموز الإشعارات، والتنبيهات المرسلة إليك. تبقى قيود سجل التدقيق لأغراض المساءلة دون أن ترتبط بك. المركبات وأجهزة التتبع وسجل مواقعها ملك لمؤسستك ولا تُحذف مع حسابك؛ ويمكن لمالك المؤسسة طلب حذف المؤسسة كاملة وبياناتها عبر mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. 10. حقوقك --------- بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وتصديرها وحذفها، والاعتراض على المعالجة أو تقييدها، وسحب موافقتك. راسلنا على mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com. إذا تعلّق طلبك ببيانات تتحكم بها مؤسستك (مثل سجل المركبات) فسنحيله إلى مؤسستك أو نساعدها على الرد. ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات المختصة. 11. الأطفال ----------- كونترو تراك أداة للشركات وليست موجهة للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أي شخص دون 16 عاماً. 12. التغييرات ------------- ننشر أي تعديل على هذه السياسة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد، ونبلغك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التعديل جوهرياً. 13. التواصل ----------- Mahmoud Hamra، Beirut, Lebanon — mahmoud.hmra.dev@gmail.com
